NAFA Guidebooks
NAFA offers a full fleet management curriculum including in-person and web-based trainings.

As the fleet management industry pivots toward greener practices, the NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA) recently relaunched its Sustainable Fleet Automotive Fleet certificate training with Dome support and expertise. Here’s how we contributed:

  • Curriculum Refresh & Stakeholder Feedback

Dome’s instructional design specialists reviewed and rewrote the guidebook and training materials. Dome interviewed industry leaders for updated case study materials and feedback on draft materials as part of a collaborative curriculum design progress to align modules with current best practices and needs.

  • Use of New Learning Technology

New training materials were also prepared for NAFA's new online learning management system. Dome worked with the technology vendor so that new materials could be used on the new platform and assisted with quality testing.

  • In-Person Instruction and Train the Trainer Support

Dome principals conducted (and continue to lead) in-person, day long trainings in partnership with NAFA. These are often co-located with major conferences and trade shows. In person trainings are an impactful service provided by the association and Dome is a trusted partner and representative of the NAFA brand.

Why It Matters

The rate of present technology change requires industry organizations to update training programs more frequently than in past decades. Dome staff have subject matter expertise and can be quickly called upon to update training materials without the need for training or industry familiarization.

If your organization or association is launching or updating training programs in fleet or facility management, Dome can accelerate time to market and ensure that training content inspires and educates effectively.
